Quality pair of gloves
My new gloves just showed up today, so I'm going to give an initial impression vs a long term satisfaction. I have to say as I've been shopping for gloves it's almost worrying with all the comments one reads about sizing issues and quality control and bits tearing off.
I'm happy to say both gloves are the same size, sized correctly I'd say and they look to be of great quality. I was hoping to be rewarded for choosing a good name brand and I think it is so. I added a few photos so you could see the padding in the wrist area and the velcro closure better.
I went with an XL to be sure it wouldn't be too tight ... there's room and they are not broken in yet. The liner makes the seams and armour feel good. There is even something like a memory foam in the knuckles so they feel pretty good right off. The pre-bend in the fingers feels nice.
So I just need a little getting used to the grip pad in the palm. As I said they are not broken in ... just trying them out today for the first time. The air hole are only a few in-between the fingers so I didn't feel too much air unless I rested them on the levers at which time I could really feel the air. For what it's worth it was a 30+
celsius day so a good test of summer riding worthiness.
Take away: I love them!

Nice fit except!
I’ve had these gloves for a couple months now and have used them for about 2000k, overall I really like them except the pointy finger with the touch area on the end is a little long and makes it a bit awkward to use a touch screen, holding up well and no regrets

Un gant plutôt moyen en terme de qualité
J'ai acheté ces gants il y a presque une année et j'ai fait une bonne dizaine de sorties avec. Dans l'ensemble je les trouve confortables et plutôt sympathiques. Je suis par contre surpris de voir que le bout des index est déjà en train de s'user, voire presque de se déchirer. Je pensais que la qualité serait meilleure.
Je trouve aussi qu'il n'est pas très facile d'attraper la languette en velcro pour les enlever.
