The Horizon 2 trousers allow you to create a fully laminated waterproof suit from top to bottom when zipping it together with the Horizon 2 jacket. By laminating REV'IT!'s hydratex® membrane directly to the PWR | shell outer material, we created 100% waterproof trousers with little to no water pickup. Grip panels on the backside of the trousers prevent you from sliding on the seat under acceleration or braking, and the use of a YKK slide lock front closure adds comfort at the waist. SEEFLEX™ CE-Level 2 knee protectors come standard, as well as extremely thin yet CE-rated SEESMART™ hip protectors.
Like the jacket, we equipped the Horizon 2 trousers with REV'IT!'s VCS|Aquadefence system. The sizable ventilation panels at the upper legs can be opened while riding thanks to the Fidlock® magnetic fasteners. Once opened, they expose two substantial mesh panels that channel air directly to your legs. Two hand pockets allow some of your small items to be carried close by, and thanks to the detachable thermal liner, the Horizon 2 trousers can also be used comfortably when temperatures fall.

Warm, dry, comfortableI bought these pants 2 weeks ago and rode 1600 km’s in 5 degree c weather in eastern Canada and was very comfortable. Only drawback is the magnetic snaps that hold the vents back came off. By the 4th day of riding they were missing. I have them sent for warranty now. Overall I’m impressed with the warmth and comfort. Like the zip out liners. Fit like my street clothes. Though I buy a lot from Fortnine, I purchased these elsewhere.

Simple ReviewI originally bought these pants as my long distance touring pants to replace my riding jeans and rain pants combo.
I am usually a 34/34 in pants with a 32 or 33 waist but I size up for my quads and seat area.
I bought the Large regular in these pants and they did not fit but that’s not a slight to them and I was not surprised, I have a hard time finding pants to fit my body shape.
They fit perfect in the waist fully tight, the length was a tad long but I don’t wear boots and they never sat high in the crotch due to my quad so likely would have been perfect if they sat where they were designed.
I took the thermal liner out and they fit better and my intention was to never use the thermal liner but still didn’t like how tight they were in the previously mentioned area.
Great pants, quantity was there despite being a European I find I’m not the right type of European for the “European” fit they talk about.

Great pantsThese pants are great: they are robust yet very comfortable. Definitely high quality for the price. They are not Goretex but the membrane is very good. I love the fact that you can get different lengths. All manufacturers shoul offer this option. My only deception is that Revit claims that they vent directly to your leg. Not so. They vent to the waterproof liner offering only indirect venting, sothey are quite hot in the Summer.
