                  Description

The Portland motorcycle shoes are high-quality leather boots with a sturdy appearance. They pair perfectly with your protective riding jeans and a leather jacket yet don't take away from your fashionable looks when walking the streets. These shoes take you back to the future; combining styling from the past (archetype inspired "worker boots") with tomorrow's protection. Hand-stitched details and a small reflective piece at the heel show that traditional styling and modern details go hand-in-hand when creating your next favorite pair of shoes. And to make them ride-ready, we've included a leather shift pad when you're taking on the urban jungle.

Reinforced heel and toe cups and thermoformed cups on both sides of the ankle ensure armor is incorporated invisibly to offer protection that is up to the CE requirements. A true boot in appearance, the Portland are as tough as Urban motorcycle shoes get without becoming uncomfortable thanks to the OrthoLite® insole. The Portland motorcycle shoes tick all the boxes if you're looking for an understated look with premium protection and functionality in disguise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive but not terribly robust These boots get full marks for looking awesome and fitting well— I’m a 12.5 (medium width)/47 euro and the Revit 47 seems spot-on. Note: if you have wide feet I don’t think these will work! Aesthetically I’d call these more of a combat boot than a work boot. The motorcycle safety elements (cap, counter, ankle cups) are virtually invisible to the outside observer. I took off one star because they don’t feel like they would stand up to much abuse, and certainly won’t provide as much crash protection as I’d like. The leather is quite thin— no doubt the plastic protectors would provide abrasion resistance on the toes, heel counter, and ankles, but the cheap leather contributes to an overall lack of sturdiness. They feel good while riding: I don’t feel the pegs through the soles after a half-hour on the highway, and the reinforcement for the shifter (found on both boots) allows comfortable, positive shifts. I’d recommend the boots for urban use but not lots of highway riding; for that I’m sticking with my MX-style adventure boots (Alpinestars Corozal).
