          Description

Rinehart has made it easy to take the sting out of upgrading your dresser's exhaust. If you underestimated your performance needs, or perhaps didn't want to drop three months of bike payments on a full exhaust, you likely bought a set of slip-on mufflers. Rinehart now makes it easy to upgrade the head pipes, because they are the same size as the factory units, but redesigned to give more power and torque over your stock units.

          Features:

          • Increased power and torque over stock pipes
          • H-pipe style crossover
          • Laser cut heat shield
          • Made in the USA

          Questions

I purchased a set of extreme true duals for my 2011 flhtcu. Love the sound and performance. Unfortunately I ran over a large rock that crushed my rear pipe. The mufflers look ok. My question is, will the mufflers slip right on these header pipes.

          Asked by: Ready to rumble
Yes they will slip right on. That’s exactly what I did with my 2016 Street Glide Special.

I first purchased slip ons a few years ago but don't have as loud or deep as full exhaust. Will these headers sound as loud as the full system

          Asked by: Electrician
That depends on what slip ons you have. Putting true duels on will change the sound but not necessarily make it louder.

I have 4" Rinehart slip ons all ready. If i put the headers on do i need a tuner? Do the headers have a catalyst like stock?

          Asked by: Ronh
Tuner is optional. You should only get some minor fuel schedule issues at very high ambient, over 32 Celsius. which you might get even with an aftermarket or OEM tuner installed. Most modern stock tuners can handle an exhaust upgrade. Rinehart Slimline headers do not have a catalytic converter, much nicer tone and eliminates the heat in modern exhausts like a Harley stock with the Catalytic converter in. You need to get rid of the CC if you want performance and nice exhaust tone. You'll need to upgrade to a stage 1 air inlet if you go with the headers.

I have 2019 street glide special and currently just have the 4.5 rinehart racing slip on on there, do i need to tune after installing headers?

          Asked by: John
An air-fuel tuning is always recommended when installing a full system exhaust. In this case, if you add the headers this would be considered a full system exhaust.

Do these pipes come with the oxygen sensor ports??

          Asked by: Darrell
Yes, one set in the stock location and and another up close to the cylinder head. They come with 2 plugs to block the ports not in use.
