This new APX version of the Grizzly/Kodiak 700 exhaust includes casted stainless intake flanges, a jewel-like component that enhances both the appearance and performance of the machine. All aluminum parts are anodized for maximum durability, and new branding and logos are featured throughout the system.

The 6061 extruded and anodized aluminum cans are complemented by anodized brackets and flanges, while yellow zinc-plated and stainless screws and nuts with lock washers provide maximum security and stability. The inner cores are compatible with current core wraps and are fully serviceable by the user, owner, or workshop.

Repacking: To maintain optimal performance and sound quality, regular repacking is crucial. Over time, packing material degrades due to heat and vibrations, affecting both sound and horsepower. Inspect and likely repack every three months with regular use. To repack this dual slip-on, you need both a 225mm and a 270mm repacking kit

Note: RJWC Powersports exhaust systems must be accompanied by a proper re-flashing or use of an EFI Tuner to prevent the engine from running lean, which can result in engine damage. Neglecting to properly tune the engine using an EFI tuner when using an RJWC Powersports exhaust will void the exhaust warranty.
