Description
RK's GXW series are the top of the line Superbike and Roadracing chains, offering the best in high-speed and extreme heat performance. The high-tech XW-Ring seal is made from advanced Nitrile Butadiene composite and features three contact lips and two convex inner/outer stabilizers. This means three lubrication pools to protect against high-speed abrasion, heat build-up, torsional flex and the loss of lubricant under extreme conditions.
GXW chain seals are compression and distortion resistant to provide the ultimate in rotating efficiency. As a result, GXW chains provide the user with up to 10 times longer wearlife compared to standard chains.

my second RK Gold chain
Last one was a 630 O ring on a GS750: would not stretch. This one is a 520 on a KLR 650. Won't stretch either. I did a 6k break in and tried to do an adjustment: no way, there was NO stretch.

Good quality
Good quality chain. You get what you pay for. Last chain wouldn’t stop stretching. Not the case with this one. Good for track days as well.

RK 520 GXW Premium XW-Ring Chain Natural 120
FortNine was as usual top notch services and delivery. For the chain , it's the winter so I don't use it but the initial quality seems to exeed the OEM chain I replaced. Since i go to 520 from 525 we'll see for longevity. I expect less mileage but for the price this an experience I want to do.
