Great entry level upgrade over the sun tour fork
Great entry level fork XC or mild single track. Huge upgrade from the sun tour forks that come on most entry level bikes, much lighter and is not just a pogo stick style fork you actually get some rebound adjustments. My only complaint is the rebound adjuster is made of cheap plastic and there is no band on the fork to check your sag and see how much of the travel you are using after a ride. However for the price you can’t really go wrong.

What does the second measurement signify? 1 1/8 or 1 1/2?
The second measurement refers to the size of the steerer tube which connects the handlebars to the fork blades.
