Works great
I love those, it completely changed my riding. I used to hate standing up in trails because it felt unatural to be so stretched up (im 6'1'') but those risers gave me the little something i needed to be confortable being up.
Its a bit expensive for 2 tiny pieces of metal but its quality stuff and installation was easy. I definitely recommand.

Best improvement for the little crf230 so far
I bought the Rox Fx 2” pivoting risers one month ago. These have turned out to be a great improvement for my little crf. They really opened up the cockpit. At 5’ 7” without them it was uncomfortable to stand. Now I never sit. Fit and Finnish 10 out of 10. The only issue I had was the throttle cable was to tight on my first installation attempt. I went to trusty old google to find a solution and it was there. I then put the throttle housing on upside down. Things worked perfect. One extremely satisfied customer.

I bought these a month ago. It has changed my sitting position. Added more comfort to allow longer rides. My arms where straighter before causing my hands to tingle after awhile. Yes, I really like these. Manual said it would take 40mins to install. It took me about 10mins. I had enough movement in the brake line cables to accommodate the change.

Awesome risers
After buying my Renthal bars, I realized that they were too short. Completely my error, but wanted something to accommodate for my mistake. Never having to want to deal with height and reach again, I figured that I would order these Rox risers. I have to say, I was worried about the risers sitting tight enough in the forks, but they fit nice and tight and they are adjustable (pivot) to fit any position (obviously, within reason). With my TRex reach, I was worried that I couldn't control the bike while I was standing up. These made riding off-road a lot more enjoyable. The only down side I found was that I couldn't get a good allen key to tighten both sets of bolts that hold them in place (yes, it even mentions this in the instructions, so if you read the instructions, you'll be fine). I ended up following that, and they're holding in place fine. Good, durable risers that have made my ride much more enjoyable.

Great risers, weak bolts
The riseres are awesome and were just what I needed to to make standing way comfier. Only gripe is that one of the bolts cracked at the head the first time i tried to tighten it down. Maybe I over tourqued it. Just a word of caution

Some mods required
I bought Rox risers because I had a pair before and the quality can't be beat. They did fit my bike(Honda NC750X) but the routing of the brake line had to be modified a bit. Had to remove the line from it's bracket and then slide the brake pot in on the bars by 1 in. But I've ridden with them on for awhile now and they work great.

Solid option
I bought these for the wife's Bandit to see if we could ease some of the weight on her hands and shoulders. The installation part required that I modify an Allen key to get in the tight gap, but other than that it went smoothly. I rode her bike on a few rides and I found that these risers made the riding position so much better and the added bonus was getting my helmet out of the windscreen buffeting area and into some clean undisturbed air.

Questions
Are these bar rises suitable for a 2009 DL1000 without ew cables etc.? I noticed several models....do any or all of them fit the VStrom? What is the difference between the models?
It is important to verify that you have adequate brake line/cable length and stem clamp clearance before installing risers as longer cables may be required on some models. Risers are usually compatible with all bikes, the difference is the height of the rise and also the compatibility of the handlebar size.
For example; if you are rising 2", you are most likely going to need 2" more of cable length.

Will I have to change cable length on klx300 or is. There a riser kits that use stock cables
Rox Speed does not verify fitment with your specific vehicle. However, if you call them directly, they should be able to verify fitment. In regard to whether you have to change the cable length or not, this information is not provided either, you'll need to measure to confirm that your vehicle has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.
