Poor Quality Control
I went to remove the db reducer and noticed the Allen screws that hold the tip down to have metal gobs on the fine threads, causing the female threads to be stripped from new :( I noticed the damaged screws weren’t even tightened flush as they were clearly cross threaded so bad during assembly.
