Features:
- Each carb kit includes an S&S Super E carburetor, S&S teardrop air cleaner assembly, manifold,(unless Noted) mounting hardware, fuel line, clamps, overflow line, one extra intermediate jet and two main jets, VOES tubing (when applicable), installation and jetting instructions
- Super E has a 1 7/8in (47.6mm) throat at the butterfly and a 1 9/16in (39.6mm) venturi and is recommended for use on Big Twin or Sportster engines up to 100-cubic-inch
- If there is a doubt as to which carburetor to use, we suggest the 1 7/8in Super E
- Carburetors only also available
- Made in the USA
- Recommended for racing only, this carburetor is not legal for use in California on motor vehicles operated on public highways or in other states where similar pollution laws may apply. It was exactly what my ride needed.
I bought this carb for an '81 Harley that I've owned for over 20 years. It originally had an S&S Super B carb that gave nothing but grief, so a change was in order. This Super E carb breathed whole new life into the bike, and it's never ran so strong. Best investment I ever made for it! And bonus: it arrived at my door the same week I ordered it. Great products
I bought a new carb for my 1986 harley and it is just what my bike needed to make it run better. I ordered and got it in my hands in a reasonable amount of time.
Over all my part was delivered to me in perfect condition..
The only down side to this purchase was it had to be done twice.
Only a new carb was ordered and delivered the first time because I did not know that the intake manifold was different. There for because they would not ship me just the manifold kit I had to return the carb and order the complete set.
It the sale rep on there end had asked the question is your carb a push on or bolt on or had he known, I could have ordered and got the proper one the fist time around. He did not seem to care or know about what part he was selling in my opinion.
Would I tell others to use this part supplier. ...yes but only if they know exactly what they need.

Missing the adjustable bracket to stabilize the carb and apparently you need to buy an S&S intake manifold to make it work, would’ve been cheaper to buy a Lectron smart carb.

Will this kit work, converting my 1999 road king m&m fuel injection to carb, using a stand alone ignition
Yes, it will. I replaced the magnetti-spaghetti fuel injection/ignition in my 1996 road king with an S&S super E carb and a single fire set up. With a mild cam, and Rinehart mufflers it runs like a charm!

Is the manifold in this kit an O-ring or Rubberband style?
My kit came with the O-ring seals for the Shovelhead application. As I assembled the engine after buying the kit, I installed the intake with the head bolts loose and used a bit of O-ring lube. I have had no problems with this carb and intend to use it on future builds. Good luck.
