Great engine choice S&S V80 engine
Great engine choice
I'm just breaking in this S&S V80 engine and have about 1000 miles on it now and overall performance for a bolt in engine is very good. The engine is very quite and sounds great. The engine is very smooth riding in my 1993 FXR with lots of acceleration out of the hole. I would recommend this engine before doing a rebuild on your old engine. The S&S V80 also looks great in my bike

Questions
does this engine come with oil feed on top or bottom of oil pump? I see the natural finish engine has bottom feed
As per the manufacturer, this pump will allow you to feed from either the top or the bottom as it has our universal cover.
