          Description

Designed using advanced engineering, The Adventure TRACK family of seats are for the active and discriminating adventure rider. Each seat contains features that complement the motorcycle, in some cases overcoming the original seats' design challenges.

The combination of the GEL comfort layer and progressive density foam with a GEL-Channel design cover provides riders with the support and perineal nerve relief needed which will increase the amount of time you can spend on your motorcycle, creating the comfort necessary to ride all day. When it comes to motorcycle seat comfort technology, nothing compares to a Saddlemen Adventure TRACK Seat.

Seat sets and one-piece seats include integrated luggage mounting points or strap kits to attach the perfectly matched Saddlemen Adventure PACK luggage or other cargo to the pillion portion of the seat.

          Features:

          • Hybrid design combines exclusive SaddleGel interior, progressive density foam and a GEL-Channel saddle to provide adventure and dual-sport riders with unparalleled comfort and control.
          • Use an Adventure TRACK seat and you'll be in better command of your motorcycle when the riding gets challenging, yet you'll realize a higher level of comfort as compared to other off-road oriented, "performance" seats.
          • Saddlemen's GEL-Channel (GC) technology (patent pending) seats incorporate a split piece of SaddleGel and a channel in the base foam to relieve seating pressure on the perineal area, increase blood flow, thus keeping the rider in the saddle longer.
          • GEL-Channel seats offer high quality, durable construction and styling that's as unique as it is functional.
          • The vinyl and rugged micro-fiber suede cover holds up to hard use (certain models feature a rugged gripper style cover).
          • Some seat applications, such as mid-sized Dual Sport motorcycles, have a standard foam design with a gripper and vinyl cover better suited to rigorous riding.
          • Integrated bag/cargo mounting points on the pillion portion of the Adventure-class seat sets make it easy to attach Saddlemen's Adventure PACK luggage or other cargo.
          • Most mid-sized Dual Sport applications also include a luggage/cargo mounting strap set that installs or removes in seconds from the seat.
          • A solo rider-seat, rather than a full two-piece set, is available in some applications.
          • Most seats are also available in low-profile designs.
          • For comfort when the adventure turns cold, most applications are available with front heat in the rider's saddle with five-level remote control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable I have issues with a sore tailbone and have trouble finding a seat that works for me. I installed the Saddlemen and my first ride on it was the KTM adventure rally in Vernon. So full days on the bike (2). Lots of standing, lots of sitting, all off-road, and I rode to the rally from Kamloops (2 hour ride). I still need to get off the bike every few hours, but my tailbone did not hurt. Overall I'd say the seat is fabulous and I look forward to seeing if I stay cooler with the channel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't live up to hype or price. Saddlemen's web site states that their seats fit better than stock which in my case was entirely untrue. The seat is too narrow at the front to fit easily over the tops of the side panels. I had to bend the front tang down to let the seat fit higher on the frame. The cover is also wrinkled at the front which was a disappointment. Comfort wise its better than stock but not comfortable enough to justify the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saddlemen Adventure track seat upgrade. I recently replaced my factory saddle on my R1200GS with the Saddlemen Adventure track. I have put nearly a thousand kms on since the install and am very impressed and very pleased with my purchase. The saddle is well built, fit and finish are top shelf. It has two vertical adjustments and is a direct replacement part, the internal gel inserts soak up the bumps from the road and cancel any engine vibration the big boxer engine produces. Compared to the factory seat, this one wins hands down. Some reviews state the saddle retains water on the center suede panels, I have taken mine thru the car wash, and water does not penetrate and wipes away with my hand. Its a great saddle on the GS, if your considering replacing your factory saddle, I would highly recommend this one!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adventure Track Seat by Saddlemen When the seat gets wet it stays wet but does not take to long to dry when in the sunlight. I liked the seat that I got for the Suzuki so much that I bought one for my BMW.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem Solved! Like many, I found the stock seat on my 2015 V-Strom 650 EXP to be woefully inadequate for the long haul. In fact, after a long multi-day journey in 2015 where I spent from 8 to 12 hours in the saddle daily, I had incurred an injured tailbone (coccyx) that made ANY extended sitting (whether driving or at work) quite painful. Apparently, that's a common type of injury among bikers. Worse, anything but a short run on the bike was out of the question. Now, after 3 years of sitting on special center-less cushions in my vehicle and at work (in fact, I am sitting on one now as I write), my tailbone is finally 95% healed. Thus, some months ago, I started researching seating solutions by reading motorcycle forums and ads. There seemed to be many bikers out there with the same complaint, and many proposed options, ranging from the cheap (a wooden beaded pad or a sheepskin) to the mid-range (an inflatable cushion), to the more expensive (a Suzuki gel seat, the supposedly better saddle of the V-Strom 1000, an aftermarket or even custom-made saddle). After reading the positive reviews for the Saddlemen Adventure Track seat, I decided to go that route. It was not a cheap fix, but I knew I had to get my tailbone off the seat entirely, and the Saddlemen seat would accomplish that with its channel down the middle of the rider's seating area. Now, with some months and more extended rides in, I can testify that my money was very well spent: the seat is quite comfortable, looks great, and was very quick to install (once I figured out that some of the metal hardware from the stock seat had to be transferred to the Saddlemen, which was easy). What's more, the seat comes with four hidden D-ring attachment points on either side of the passenger area for strapping down an extra bag, and I now even get a little lower-back support from the more stepped design. I love my Saddlemen seat: it represents the best money I have ever spent on a bike upgrade, and I absolutely recommend it to any bikers who have experienced similar painful tailbone issues. Long rides are back on the menu!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’m a bit of a bigger man and long rides with the stock seat made for a uncomfortable ride with many stops. The new seat makes a world of difference no longer do I have to take as many breaks and can enjoy the comfort of the gel seat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Firm and Comfortable for Long Rides The stock saddle is very good, but for the long haul this saddle is better. It is firm but conforms to the rider. My bike's normal V-twin engine vibration was further dampened with this saddle allowing me to ride longer and more comfortably.
