Good bags
Right off the bat the expanding zipper on each bag sticks so I have to work them free by sliding a finger under the zipper. They are a little small for my cases but work fine. They are better than cramming my little duffle bags into the side cases.
I think they are a little overpriced for what they are, but still way way cheaper than the BMW inner case bags.
Hopefully they hold up...I ride alot!!

Small
I bought these for my 2017 F700GS (OEM vario side cases). They fit inside the side cases easily (a bit too easily - read small), but are also quite narrow. I expanded the cases to their widest point and I still have tons of extra space to store more stuff. I bought these so I could contain and carry ALL of the contents of my vario cases so am returning these and looking for something a bit bigger. If you want to store other stuff in your case that stays there when you unpack, then these might be perfect. The construction seems okay, but the material looks like it would rip the first time it caught a sharp edge, but I am just speculating. The price point is quite a bit lower than other after-market options for these side cases, so I wasn't disappointed with the quality for the price, just the size. (I did return them.)

Excellent for the price
Great bags for a very low price. The bag for the exhaust side case does not use the odd shaped space at the bottom, there is enough space for a tool roll and a spare tube.

Questions
Are these bags waterproof, or just 'carry into motel' liners?
They are water-resistant... not waterproof. If your panniers are leaking and some water is pooling at the bottom, your stuff will get wet.

Will these liner bags if in stock Suzuki V-Strom 650 aluminum hard cases?
I can’t say for sure, it what I can say is that these are just generic bags designed to roughly fit hard cases. If they are too big, they will just crunch up a bit when you stuff them in. If they are too small, you can stuff them full and there will be room around the edges once inserted into the side case. I use them for my BMW Vario side cases, and honestly they are smaller than the cases are. It’s fine, you stuff the bad full, then stuff the bad into the side case. I think it comes in handy when traveling. When you get where you’re going, you pop the case open and carry the soft bag like a duffle, instead of carrying the heavy side case around which weighs a ton. They are cheap, they do the task. Hope that helps.
