Fantastique bah!
Had a chance to use it for the first time this past week-end. My husband, my daughter and myself all packed our stuff for a long week-end ride and we had pleanty of room. Love it!

Great style and function, with a couple oversights
It does look great, better than the S3500 in my opinion.
However, trying to use the backpack straps with this highlighted a major flaw. Because the bag is quite short, the bag leans back and the bottom edge digs into you back. The bag does not sit flat on your back. In my opinion and for my use case, this is quite an important feature.
I think this could have been rectified by
A. Placing the d ring higher up on the bag.
B. Adding cushioning to the bottom edge, where it digs into the back
The second, more minor design flaw is the placement of the roll bag D rings. Because they are located on the main compartment flap, you are obliged to unclip the roll bag straps every time you access the main compartment. Again I believe this might have been rectified with some more considered placement of the d rings..
Don't get this bag if you need to carry the bag often or a long way. Get the S3500 or something else if so.
