Very happy with these saddle bags, they are large and can even store a smaller helmet. The install was a challenge, I had to buy after market grommets, as the ones that are included are too big. If you are not handy have someone skilled install them.

So far so good.
Bought these for my wife’s 2019 Vulcan S ABS. They look great. Went on pretty easily but I did have to buy some additional bolts that were a bit longer than provided. Sounds strange because they come with lots of hardware. Quality seems pretty good and there is lots of space in them.

Saddlebags
Had these for about 3 weeks now and really like the bags. Very roomy and easy to get into. Bought the universal supports and hardware kit with them. Waste of money. Supports didn't fit my bike and the bolts that I needed were damaged. Good thing I had an old set of supports that I managed to make fit. And a trip to the hardware store cured the bolts. Haven't been in the rain yet so not sure how waterproof they are. Love the bags, not the hardware that comes with them.

Love the look, but had to get creative installing
I bought these and really like the look on my bike. The instruction manual listed parts that it didn’t come with(the eyelets) and the screws that fit my bike that came with the kit didn’t actually fit through the holes on the support. Luckily I’m handy and had the ability to ream the holes to the proper size. I don’t know how you would be able to avoid doing that. I love them now though, lots of space

Waste of money, cheaply made!
Would not buy these again, very cheaply made, the material that you drill holes through to mount the bags onto the bike is garbage.

Check for missing parts!
Large bags perfect for touring. Moderate difficulty to install if you are not handy. Had to buy longer bolts due to back rest and sissy bar, comes with multiple sizes but longest is 4" and I needed 4.5". Cheap laces pairing side by side zippers together. Lid protects from rain, interior stayed dry riding in 30 mins pouring rain. Planned a road trip and was happy quick delivery, arrived a week before trip to replace original broken bag, however arrived missing grommets and unable to finish installing. Took almost a month for grommet delivery from manufacturer in USA. Had to cancel road trip. Not sure if it's Fortnine's responsibility to check box for missing parts but I'm annoyed with manufacturer quality control checks. Beware!

The supports are included with the saddlebags. The supports use two hinges to permit them to match the spacing of the motorcycle’s rear fender mounting bolt location on the sub-frame.

Yes, you may remove the throw-over piece and secure them with the Saddlemen quick-release kit (sold seperately) to hard mount them.

It's compatible with many models of bikes.
You drive the screwing holes where you need them.
Even though it comes with many types of nuts and bolts, just make sure you have the good hardware before you begin.

How are the bags connect on the supporters?
The bags are attached to the support brackets with small bolt on clips. There are provided with the saddle bags. Instructions to mount the bags are provided.
