Solid all-around design
Great little tool bag. I don't have a tool roll yet, just storing loose tools and the occasional water bottle for now.
Inside there are two overlapping secondary flaps inside that help keep mud and water out and also stops the contents from escaping from the sides. The leather is thick and sturdy, and the buckles come with little plastic "locks" that I doubt do much but might help deter thefts of opportunity (if they can't get past the flaps anyway).
The plastic buckles make it easier to access with gloves on and are pretty discreet, you can see them from the sides though. Despite being plastic, they seem strong and take some pressure to pop open.
The finishing is part of what sold me. It's nice to have the edges of the leather covered with extra material and the seaming around everything looks just great and well thought-out for such a simple item.
