Wrong Fit
Product ordered was not the correct one for my bike, which wasn't clear to me when I placed the order. Fortnine returning is no problem, as long as you don't install & keep original packaging (read return instructions). I did have to pay the return shipping though, otherwise, pretty hassle-free.
Fortnine does not carry this product for my model so ordered from another supplier.
