Ordered the seat and purchase was processed then fortnine said it was unavailable. Switched to a different model (with backrest) and received it. Too big for my bike even through it said it was a guaranteed fit. (2001-fxdl) managed to use a different connector to make it work but then my sissy bar wouldn’t install because the rear seat was too wide.
Returned it after packing everything back into the package with great care and fortnine refunded me without issue, which was great. None of the issues were the fault of fortnine, I would use them again.
