Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bags Are OK, NOT Guaranteed Fit However Even if you somehow get them to mount using the included turn signal relocator, there's no way to open the bags. FortNine only refers you to Saddlemen as they are marketed as 'Guaranteed Fit'. After over a month and a half of back-and-forth with Saddlemen, they admitted there's some sub models that they won't fit. Also did more research online on these bags and have found several other similar complaints. They then sent me a rinky-dink bracket to mount to my license plate, but didn't include the mounting hardware or longer wires. This method also meant I had to remove the fender entirely to run wires under the fender to the back. The bracket mounted to the license plate mount is so flimsy the lights shake like crazy... ...and all this after they market them as 'guaranteed fit'. Bags are ok so far quality-wise, but they are difficult to open and cannot be done one-handed. Disappointed is an understatement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saddle man Drifter Teardrop bag I bought these last yr. I love them there's lots of room and the shock cutout keeps them close to the bike which gives it the sleek lean look. Worked out well with the quik release hardware.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks Deceiving, Sub Standard Quality Bought this a month ago. Bags are sub standard quality, brackets would have required extensive modifications. Returned them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome saddle bag Those saddle bag are awesome because they fit close to the bike, they are fairly big and if I were to get the detach kit the saddle bags, they have handles so they could be my luggage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Saddlemen Rigid-Mount Teardrop Saddlebags Because I couldn't find saddlebags for my 2013 M50, with the exception of a $2000 solution from Suzuki, we decided to order these Teardrop saddlebags. The holes were punched for a 2009, making the bag sit directly on my pipes so we punched new holes so the clearance on the pipes worked. However the bolts were not long enough and had to purchase a metric threaded rod to cut long enough bolts. Although they are not quick release, something I really wanted, they are functional and look great.

          Questions

How does this fit on a Dyna? Is the signal light relocation neccesary?

          Asked by: Patrick
The Bags fit nicely on my 2009 Fat Bob. Installation was fairly simple and I did not have to modify the rear signal lights. The edge of the bags just touch the light housings but it doesn’t interfere with bag closure. My only regret is once the bags/frames are installed, you cannot use a removable back rest.
