Racing Craftsmanship In Every Shell

The carbon shell of the new E2 Carbon is crafted using the same advanced lamination and autoclave curing techniques as our car racing helmets. It is meticulously handmade using a unique layup and autoclave curing process, resulting in a lighter, stronger shell. Each is made by the same expert technicians responsible for producing the helmets of the reigning Formula 1 World Champion.

One Man, One Shell

The carbon shell manufacturing follows the "one man, one shell" principle, meaning the technician who begins the lamination process completes the entire production.

Advanced Autoclave Curing For Peak Performance

After lamination, the carbon mold is sealed and moved to the vacuum station, where operators wrap and vacuum it to prepare for autoclave curing.

SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE autoclaves apply a precise mix of pressure and temperature over a four-hour cycle. This fuses the carbon fiber layers and resin into a solid structure, ensuring superior strength and lightweight performance.

Adjustable Peak

The peak of the E2 Carbon was developed in the SCHUBERTH wind tunnel to reduce buffeting and vibrations. It adjusts in 3 positions and is easily removable. Riders can choose their ideal setup for any adventure.

It's the details that set a SCHUBERTH apart. First seen with the E1 peak, the memory function is also on the E2 visor and peak. It keeps the selected peak position unchanged after opening and closing the chin bar.

Ultimate Ventilation For All-Day Comfort

For long-distance comfort off-road or on-road, effective ventilation and temperature control are key.

The SCHUBERTH E2 has a double chin air intake. The top vent stops fogging in cold conditions; the lower vent increases airflow in heat. The chin vent includes a washable, replaceable filter to block dust, mud, and insects.

Advanced Head Ventilation

The E2 features a two-position adjustable top vent and a redesigned spoiler with air extractor, ensuring strong airflow in demanding conditions.

Like all SCHUBERTH helmets, the E2 Carbon includes the Anti-Roll-Off-System with a chin strap in an advanced position for better throat comfort.

Intercom System

Advanced communication tech for your SCHUBERTH E2 Carbon. Easy to install and use, SC systems set a new communication standard. HD speakers and three antennas for FM, Bluetooth, and Mesh are pre-installed.

Install is simple: Plug in the HD BOOM mic, remove the covers at the back, free the side remote housing, plug in, turn on, and ride!
