Shell is super big and strap holder broke
Bought it around 2 months ago, put around 1800kms on it.
First, I notice it’s much bigger than other helmet in the same size. Then 3 days ago, the button that holds the strap broke therefore I can’t secure my strap. Filled a claim and Fortnine get back to me very quick, Scorpion wants me to send it back for repair but just too much work, maybe I’ll just fix it myself, upgrade it to a metal button instead of plastic.

Nice helmet, horrible system.
I bought this helmet about a year ago, its really nice when it comes to Looks, weight and initial price.
But unfortunately, the shield changing system is so bad that it will add to the cost.
not only will you need to carry one of those glasses cleaning cloths to constantly clean it when you change the shield because there is almost no way to not leave your fingerprints everywhere on the shield when you change them, but every single time you switch the shield you risk 50% of breaking it. in a year of riding so far I already had to buy two more shields because the ends that clip in to the helmet cracked and render the shield useless.
Still the helmet is really lightweight, shell sizes are very nice and its not huge and it looks really nice. Matte all the way if you dont like having fingerprints all over the helmet all the time.

Outer shell is huge
I ordered this to replace my Covert X in cement grey as it's loud and kind of bulbous. I ordered a medium, and in Scorpion fashion it fit great, but holy heck, the outer shell is even larger than my HJC F70 Tino touring helmet.
Didn't go over it closely for fit and finish and never tested it on the road as it's way to big. If you are looking for a small, trim, city helmet, this isn't it. At least it's cheap??

Awesome value
I've worn this helmet for half a season with about 5000km of solid riding. For the price it's a 5 star helmet, it does everything I ask of it and does it well.
Noise:
I always ride with ear plugs but this helmet is way quieter than my old Covert. And quiet enough to tolerate a short highway ride or slow speed rides in town all day without ear plugs. The chin curtain is a big plus for wind noise reduction, I really like it.
Fit and Comfort:
It fits me like a glove after a break-in period, it is a little bigger than my old Covert so I got a bit of a bobble head thing going. The strap and lower padding would choke me at the start but it's worn in very nicely. The visor detents are okay, but nice; you get a fully open position, some softer adjustments in the mid range, then a lower detent to crack open the visor to let air in while protecting your face. They're not the stiffest so high speed wind like 150kmh+ will blow it closed, but at that speed it should probably be closed. It does have a low budget latch to secure the visor closed but I find it twists the visor and creates wind noise and drafts that aren't desirable compared to just leaving it closed loosely. The stock tinted visor isn't UV protecting so your face will burn in the right sunlight, but this is rare.
Styling:
I get tons of compliments on the helmet, it's very cool on it's own, "looks like a simpson" is what I hear all the time.
I haven't experienced issues the other reviewers mention, like straps or visors breaking. I can imagine at this price point these items take extra care when handling. I always clip my strap with care, never exerting unnecessary force on it, as with changing visors making sure not to over-tighten or leverage on the weak points. I also just use a second helmet with a clear visor.
Overall it's a great purchase for the price, it looks great, does what I ask of it and I don't gripe about it at all while I'm on full day road trips.

Awesome quality but size does not match chart??
I already advised Fortnine about this but…
I ordered a L and the tag size said 58-59cm..
Returned it and got XL and that size is 60-61cm which fit me… the size chart from scorpion is not correct for this helmet it seems..

Love this Helmet
Great helmet, great price, two shields, Lexin intercom and speakers fit well, quiet, comfortable, medium very light, 2.86 lbs, grey gloss finish and dark shield looks great. Riding a 2017 HD Heritage Softail with windshield, no buffeting. I recommend and would buy again for sure. Fort nine service and delivery is very good.

Super cool looking, very loud
Very loud. Like a kid playing a recorder directly next to your ear drum at a noisy bar. Not having the pin lock visor causes fogging easily. Liner is premium and nice to have a clear visor included. Need to figure out how to make the helmet quiter because without ear plugs its a damaging level of decibels. Unfortunately ear plugs make hearing the com system harder.
