Scott Priority GTX pants
These pants are not as bulky, heavy and stiff as the competition. The movement to throw your leg over the seat is not restricted like other manufacturers. I was looking for a medium weight rain/ wind pant to prevent the elements from me from freezing . I'm a 31" waste athletic build and fit into the small with room to spare. There's always something better but for the price point I do recommend the ScottPriority GTX pants

As Close to the Perfect ADV/Touring Pant as You'll
While I can agree with reviewers and "experts" who tout the comfort level of touring in motorcycle jeans with a pair of waterproofs close to hand if needed, I ride year-round and am based in Western Canada so I need something a little more "bombproof". Enter the Scott Priority GTX pant. This is the apex predator in Scott's lineup and the quality is evident right from the jump. What's especially appealing is that for a GTX shell this one is surprisingly soft and pliable; with a lovely "hand". the Pittards leather inserts on the inner leg are a nice and useful addition, as are the adjustability options at the cuff and waist. I also appreciate that these are somewhat more tailored than most ADV/touring pants - no baggy leg look here.
