not bad but tight in the lower legs
The pants are good, seems like they won't be too hot and are comfortable, I had to get a large vs the medium I usually wear in a Klim Pant. What was odd was that the lower legs are tight for an over the boot pant, there are also no zippers or velcro to open up the bottom to fit over boots. I was completly unable to get them over my A* Tech 7's but they were okay (but tight) over my A* Corzals

Worth the investment if not looking to spend more
Purchased in June, I'm 36" waist and needed 2XL fits small so go up a size or 2. No button to secure just a zipper and belt with plastic clip to cinch. Purchased in June. I've ridden in pouring rain twice so far for 30-45mins. Beads rain off but if you want waterproof go with gtx. I was impressed that it held with just slight dampness at knees and crotch. The last few inches at bottom of legs were soaked but I attributed that to splashing from the road.
Did not wear in heat wave this summer, but comfortable in 18-25°C for 3-4 hr rides a handful of times. Worth the investment.
