Yo, it's dry!
Purchased in June. I've ridden in pouring rain twice so far for 30-45mins, and stayed dry. With the liner out at 19°C you feel the cool water on the jacket material around the arms but not the moisture like all gtx, put the liner in and it's warm
Did not wear in heat wave this summer, but comfortable in 18-25°C for 3-4 hr rides a handful of times. I used the liner below 20°C but probably ok without at 15°C. Worth the investment.

Great buy
Great jacket have had it for about 2 months at this point in time. Ridden from 6* c to 30*c on the west coast. Over 25 the jacket is warm with no liner when at a stand still, when at speed the heat is fine doesn't bother me.
My only real complaint is the chest vents could be bigger or placement different location. My back pack straps cover them so I end up loosing a lot of air flow.
