Didn't work properly
Bought this in a rush and didn't have time to return it. One ear/one side cut in and out. I was using a new set of Sony headphones. Sometimes both sides will work but not very often.

Easy to fit
I already have custom made earplugs with internal speakers so needed this adapter to be able to continue to use the earplugs with new Sena 10R headset.
Worked just fine when installed.
However I ended up not using it and went back to using the helmet speakers because the volume was too loud. The headset does not provide sufficient volume control to reduce sound levels to comfortable levels. Even without the audio boost setting on.
So by using the helmet speakers, plus my earplugs, the volume can now be set to middle range and I can raise and lower volume as I require.
So in the end the adapter was not required for my situation, but it did function properly when installed.

This earbud adapter is not required with the 10S as its clamp kit has a built-in earbud port to provide support for earbuds.
