The 10S is the upgraded version of Sena's flagship Bluetooth headset for motorcycle helmets, the SMH10. Riders can connect with all Sena and non-Sena Bluetooth motorcycle headsets using Universal Intercom™.
The 10S includes Audio Multitasking™, which allows you to listen to two audio sources at once. You can have conversations through the intercom, while streaming music or listening to GPS instructions at the same time.
Even at high speeds, listening to music or GPS navigation from your smartphone is simple, thanks to the upgraded speakers in the 10S headset. Whether you're talking over the intercom or taking a phone call, Sena's Advanced Noise Control™ ensures ambient noise doesn't interfere with incoming and outgoing audio.

Petits problèmes !
Je trouve que le son en haut de 100km n’est pas très bon.De plus la distance maximale pour communiquer est vraiment plus courte que celle mentionnée dans la description de l’article. Aussi,le contact qui se fait sur mon haut parleur droit fait que parfois il ne fonctionne pas. Je suis obligé d’appuyer avec mais doigts pour qu’il se remettre à fonctionner.Un peu déçus du rendement en rapport avec le prix.

Sena 10S durability
I have used Sena 10S for quite a few years. They work great until the mounting tab breaks off but usually takes a number of years. Five stars for unit functionality and 3 stars for the weak tab. Round it out to 4.

Did not meet my Expectations
Bought a double headset to communicate with my partner on the rear seat. Works just okay for that purpose. Just completed a 6000km tour with a friend, he has a 30S. Communication between the two bikes was poor, voice quality was poor. Headsets cut in and out at random, bikes were never further than 200 feet apart. Extreme noise and continuous clicking noise makes a communication almost impossible. At highway speed the noise is unbearable. The features are extensive, takes a while to figure it all out. I found it rather difficult to set up. I am disappointed as I had expected better quality for the money. I am now tempted to try another system . The only thing that works fine for me is the telephone feature. But I did not buy it for that.

New Sena 10s with Sena SMH10 (4 years old)
Giving it a 3/5 because it does not do well with the older Sena my wife has. We may need to upgrade her's as well for better communication. Sena is fantastic. I was just a bit disappointed in how well it does with the SMH10. I am located in B.C., Canada.

Super parfait
Très facile à installer, j’ai des casques Oxygen de BRP et on utilise ce système pour la motoneige. Fonctionnent toujours bien, pour la suite on verra.
Pratique pour écouter de la musique et répondre au téléphone, très facile à coupler aussi.

Worth every penny
Bought these so my wife and I could communicate while riding. Get some wind noise at highway speeds. Generally we hear each other fine. Definitely worth it to be able to communicate on the fly. My wife is a new rider so she likes the occasional “heads-up”. Connection seems to start fading at about 800 meters. I doubt the claimed range would achievable under any but ideal conditions. Having said that, after just a few rides they are already worth the cost. When I ride alone I use them for music - and the sound is great.

Disappointed
Bought this unit expecting it to be an upgrade from the previous generation of the model 10 which I purchased in 2014.
This unit has less range than the previous model and my riding buddy has trouble hearing me.
Phone calls work perfectly though.
