Mediocre
This helmet is just.... ok. The speaker and mic bluetooth system is easy to use but it's incredibly simple and lacks a lot of functionality you can find on other systems.
Because of the the bluetooth speakers and built in sun visor, it's really big. I feel like the helmet looks comically big when i put it on.
The sound quality is good and the helmet itself is pretty comfortable.
The sunvisor keeps fogging up, so its pretty bad. I tried dish soap, shaving cream, and anti-fog spray and they kind of help but not enough to make it enjoyable to use.
Also, riding with the clear visor up and sun visor down causes the wind to go to your eyes for some reason so your eyes dry out really fast. I found it better to keep the sun visor up rather than down.
I dont think i would buy this helmet again.

Good helmet for the price
Look, it's fine. Considering the price, it's really good value. I've had this helmet for a year so enough experience in all types of weather.
Need to know: fits small, you'll need to get at least a size larger or maybe even two sizes larger than what you anticipate you need.
Positives: comfortable, decent audio quality, easily set up and paired, price for integrated audio.
Negatives: it's HOT!!! There's definitely not enough air flow through the helmet. The visor fogs up at every stop when any little bit of air flow there is stops. I flip the visor up at every stop to clear it. It fogs up in cold weather, in cool weather, in warm weather, in the rain, and then when it's hot outside, the helmet is uncomfortably hot to wear.
If I'm just jumping on for a 10-15 minute trip in town, I'll often wear my other/older helmet. I also find the audio a bit too quiet at highway speed, not because of the audio itself, but because the wind noise isn't dampened enough by the helmet.
All that said, the convenience of integrated audio for the price this helmet is sold for makes it a good value despite the negatives listed.

Good budget helmet with integrated audio
Have only had this helmet for a bit over a month. It fits small - meaning that you need to get at least a size larger than you usually get, if not two sizes larger. Have seen some reviews that the soind quality isn't good. I've had no issues with it, but have not gone at highway speeds yet and have never had audio in a helmet so have nothing to compare it to. When I first got the helmet the weather was still warm and I found the helmet to be EXCEPTIONALLY warm, uncomfortably so. Now as the weather has cooled, it's fine, but I don't know if that's due to the outside temperature or because the helmet is worked in a bit. Also, since it's cool/cold out now, the visor fogs up at every stop and I have to lift it, then lower if when I get going again.

Great helmet for the money
Was tired of messing around with earbuds, (they would get wrecked pulling the helmet off or pulled out of my ears when putting the helmet on) so I thought I’d try the Sena Outforce instead of a new helmet & add a Sena to it.
Yes wind noise is louder than more expensive helmets, yes I wish there was more than Matte Black or White & yes I am sure that the top of the line Sena helmet has better speakers, BUT the Outforce is awesome for $315. Shoei doesn't even sell a helmet for less then $600!!!
I can’t turn the volume all the way up (too loud) & I can even hear my music with ear plugs in; which is how I ride now. Max volume, but with ear plugs. Not sure how someone said they can’t hear the music. Everyone is different I suppose.
Yes I hate the D-ring strap; even a $250 LS2 has a superior ratchet system. C’mon Sena, NO ONE wants a D-ring anymore…it’s not the 80’s!

Good value for $
Good Sena helmet at a decent price point. Great sound, can hear my music and directions perfectly while riding (check the settings if too quiet, there's an option to boost audio). Love the built in sun visor. Wind noise is a bit loud but not terrible. The only thing I don't like is the strap is a d ring instead of a quick connect strap which is a royal pain but can be replaced. Medium fits pretty much true to size, was a smidge bigger than expected but I think the small would have squished my face too much.

Ear pockets are not large enough
The helmet is great and I had to upsize thinking it would help create more room for ears but I still have to force my hand in to flip my ears over.

If you're buying for the speakers, don't!!
Bought this helmet because of the built in speakers, so I can get rid of my earbuds. This helmet speakers are not loud enough, nort even close to earbuds.
