Great idea. Poor implementation
I originally bought a Sena Handlebar Remote but it made for too much thumb stretching. As there was an odd problem where I would press the button and it would crash the headset, I thought I would get an RC-3 instead. It was a great idea as I have mounted it on the side of my tank. The trouble is that initial connections still crash it (I have to turn my headset on multiple times to make the connection).

Makes it much easier to use the SRL-02 in my Shoei helmet which has buttons way too small to use with gloves

Limited Usability
I bought this to use with my Shoei Note 2 helmet with the integrated SRL communicator because the 3 buttons on the side of the helmet are difficult to operate with gloves on.
This RC3 remote, has a curved back and comes with some 2-sided tape to stick onto your bike or stick into the included plastic holder. I'm riding a Triumph Tiger, which is all flat surfaces and angles, so could not find a suitable place for this curve-shaped backing would stick. So I snapped it into the holder, which has a small plastic clip on back and tried clipping it to the sleeve of my jacket and other place. It really seemed to me like I was going to lose this expensive device as soon as that little plastic clip on the back breaks, or the whole thing slips off.
Another issue is there is no clear marking on the buttons and thus it's pretty difficult to discern the difference between the two outer buttons - especially when riding.
So, I determined this is not going to meet my needs and will be putting it on the interwebs for sale.

Just bought the Sena SRL for my new Shoei Neotech II and quickly discovered the buttons were too small for my liking. As I only listen to music when I ride (Nope, don't use the phone) I only needed the track forward, back and pause. This does exactly that. For the price I couldn't ask for more.

Will this remote work with a SENA Savage helmet?
Will this remote work with the momentum helmets? I see it says Calvary helmet but no other helmets r listed Thanx so much.
Not sure. I have this connected to my Sena 20. To be honest think about if you really want to get this or not. It took over a year and 3 Sena software revisions before connecting your remote did not shut down your Sena entirely. It is finally at the point that I can connect it without worrying about having to turn on my Sena again to reconnect all. There is still annoying issues like every time you push a button there is a beep and that beep is significantly higher than the volume of the unit. I cringe every time I am forced to use it as it hurts my ears. Sena support has no firmware updates for it and last time I contacted support I was asked to reset everything and re-pair from scratch.
