the worst helmet I have ever purchased.
This is the worst helmet I have ever owned. It started coming apart on the bottom beside the red button used to disengaged and lift the front lower portion. I was on a road trip and I cut my hand on the rubber molding. The hard rubber was not glued properly from the factory. Under the section that was peeling up -you could see where it had no glue. I tried to glue it over night with some jb weld, using duct tape to hold in place. It came off the next day, so I ended up ripping it off with a pair of pliers so I would not cut myself again. I highly doubt the warranty will cover me now.
RUN. Do not buy this junk. I will never purchase a Shark helmet ever again due to this issue.

Best modular helmet for its value and comfort
NO its not a $1,000 helmet. but its very comfortable, gives great protection in all weather, easy to put on and use the mechanism to open. You have the choice to wear it in full face or half helmet configuration and both are very comfortable. Although yeah you do hear some noise while ridding, but it's still very manageable. the beauty of this helmet is that it's extremely easy to switch between open face and full face. like that when you are at a stop you can get some air. It can also very comfortably be worn in full face but with the viser open. This is an upgrade from the Shark Evo-One that is used by some Police motorcycle units including the Toronto Police force. this upgrade makes the mechanism even better then the original and well worth it.

Great but not perfect
I have a early gen Evo one -2. Very tight at cheek pads. Purchased thinner cheeks pads huge comfort improvement. The tiny screws blackout even with blue locktite. Check them often. Lense is very durable.

Best that I have ever had !!
I used the Shark Evoline 3 for about 6 years,,, prior to getting this new Evo-one 2 in solid white. The Evo-one 2 (dumb name),,, is better in every way. I am very happy with it,, and would buy it again. I did have to remove all of the foam from the cheek pads,,, and now it is a perfect fit. I have the sharktooth bluetooth kit,, and it works well enough even though it is only version bt3.0. I do use custom silicone molded earplugs (sound filters) with it, for noise control. The smaller shell is a bonus,,, and the one handed transforming works great. This is my 3rd season on the helmet now, and it continues to perform. Good job, Shark !!
