Bought Sunrace shifter along with a new cassette. Cassette was fine but shifter wasn't. After a few weeks of back and forth, they agreed it was defective. They offered replacement, refund, or upgrade. For $10 more, the Shimano is a far superior shifter, and I wonder why they bother listing the Sunrace. What matters most to me though, is everyone was helpful and pleasant throughout.
