Questions
I purchased 2 of those from you some months ago. Which front tire will match nicely mounted to 21x3.5 rim?
The tires are recommended by tire size, and not for rim sizes. You would need to check the tire size recommended for the front of your bike in your owner's manual.

Are these as good as a q3 ?
You can't compare a sport tire with a cheap touring tire. It will last longer than the Q3 of course but it'll never stick to the road as much.

Will this fit a 2012 Honda fury vt1300 rear tire 200/50-18
Tires are made to fit by size and construction. In this case this tire is R which means it is radial, the tire that you need has a "-" which corresponds to bias ply. This tire would not fit your vehicle because it has a different construction.
