So far Happy
So far they are better performing than the OEM for the Gl1800. Cannot give 5 stars until I see how they last. My neighbours all order the same tire now from this dealer.

The truth about Shinko Tires
The Asian sounding name scares many away from this brand because of their ignorance, I have rode and raced motorcycles for 55 yrs and as a qualified tech who has had all brands tried , these tires are fantastic, affordable, and top quality. If you see a negative comment it’s probably the competition as they do not have the ability to provide a tire this good in this price range.

GL1500 Goldwing
Do Not Purchase These Tires for a 1500 Goldwing. I purchased these tires as it listed they will work on a 1500 Wing. They do not. The bike was originally equipped with Bias Ply Tires. I replaced Avon AM41 & AM42 Bias Ply tires (23,000 km) which worked great. These radial tires allow the bike to sway from side to side when a slight wind gust comes from the side, or when I shift my weight on the bike. It feels like you are on a rubber band. At slow speeds the steering is heavy. For me a complete waste of money as I must take them off and replace with Bias Ply tires.

unstable when paired with my current front tire.
I'm paired with an Avon cobra chrome up front and they don't like each other in the least, tried a ton of different pressures and it seems like she still wants to "wallow" over bumps in the corners.
but Smokes up nice in the burnout box. will be ordering Michelins.

Questions
are they tubeless tires
That is correct, they are tubeless.

What is the load rating of these tires? That is a spec I would like to see listed in the description.
Hi,
The load/speed rating for the 160/80R16 is 81 (load of 1019 LBS) H (speeds up to 130 MPH).
