Did what was needed
The stock 35 mm cheek pads were too tight - squeezed my cheeks and hurt my ears when putting the helmet on - the purchased 33 mm pads do exactly what I wanted - helmet is still snug but no longer too tight and no more pain putting it on - service was fast and efficient

Make a perfect fit
Fit perfectly in the helmet. At first, not to much difference but after a 4 hour ride, it was perfect. My helmet is now like they made it for me. For me, it worth the money .
