Description
The Shoei RF-1400 Cheekpads are replacement cheek pads for the Shoei RF-1400 Helmets.
All cheek pads are interchangeable between all helmet sizes. The number on the cheek pad set is the thickness in millimeters. Thinner cheek pads can be applied to loosen the fit, thicker cheek pads can be applied to tighten the fit. All sizes of cheek pads will fit any size RF-1400.
OEM Sizing:
- XS: 39 mm
- S, M, L, XL: 35 mm
- 2XL, 3XL: 31 mm

My Shoei RF 1400 finally fits
I purchased a rf1400 in small size. After about 35 hours of riding, it was pretty clear that the stock 35mm pads were not going to break in any further. Ordered the 31mm cheek pads and I am already finding it easier taking the helmet off.

31mm perfect size!
Why didn’t Shoei ship with 31mm to begin with? The standard pads on the large is 34mm and it squished my face, 31 was perfect. Wish they had a few packs of pads when I get my rf1400 helmet. these were sold out and required a few months waitlist to get :(

Awesome helmet.
The RF-1400 is a great helmet, but the stock cheek pads are very snug------one size smaller was about perfect and it's easier to get on & off.
