The product is well made, and serves the purpose. The only issue I had was attaching the backrest pad to the backrest itself. You really had to work to get the little screws lined up with the holes in the pad, and required lots of pressure on the pad to get it compressed enough to allow the screws to reach the holes. Other than that, it went together rather well.
