Poor fit & leads too long
Slightly larger than the original. It runs into the magnets on the flywheel - even when pushed all the way back & without the rubber boots. Had to file the ends until no longer touches the flywheel. Then blow all the metal filings with compressed air.
Leads have to be carefully tucked away or will touch flywheel causing ignition to fail.
Bought 3 sets for a 4hp, 6hp & 9.5hp Evinrudes and same problem for all three.
