One piece case and mounting clip is a must!!!
On a recent bike trip, I had purchased the Harley Davidson cell phone mounting package for my bike. Included in that kit was a stick on clip, which was attached to an existing cell phone case using double-sided 3M tape. Unfortunately, in the heat with the vibration that tape failed, and my phone fell off the bike While on the highway. Luckily I was able to recover my phone with zero damage.
I went to the SP connect website and was able to find a phone case with the mounting clip built-in. This is proven to be a much more secure and more reliable way to mount my cell phone.
