Attaching this holder to your mobile phone model is very easy and quick. Simply pull out the crown, screw it tight and fix the crown by pushing it back in. Finished.
The Universal Phone Clamp Max SPC+ is toolless adjustable and is suitable for mobile phones with a width between 65 - 89.5 mm (2.56 – 3.52 inches). Also, a perfect solution if you use several mobile phones.

Excellent product.
This works great to solidly clamp on to my phone. Very robust build quality. I'm using an older phone as a GPS that does not have a dedicated SP Connect case. This is a perfect alternative.

Great but I preferred the previous generation
The new generation of connectors is bulkier than the previous. I understand it's because they added vibration dampening, but I think aesthetically they are less interesting.

Tight hold, wish it was glove-operable
I use a few old refurbished phones that aren't mainstream enough to have their own mounting case, so the generic clamp is neat for compatibility. So far, holds tight without any rattle or wobble, even at highway speeds. Maps remain clear and legible.
My only gripe is that the clamp knob is not really operable with gloves on, a bit annoying when you finished gearing up and realize you forgot to set up the phone.
