This is 50% higher than a conventional cast piston. This high resistance to temperatures significantly improves fatigue, strength and impact toughness. The aluminum alloy combined with the existing anodized crown, machine smoothed heads and MOS2 coated skirts meets the demand for todays high performance engines.
