This made-to-order tranny upgrades the case and internals to provide a stronger and smoother machine. With perfectly meshed gears and material upgrades, there will be no more slipping gears or transmission issues. Additionally, there is an option to remove turf mode for even more reliable strength. These transmissions are Built for Battle, delivering high performance and durability on the roughest terrains.

Twice as Reliable Double Reverse Chain: When stuck in a rut and throwing it in reverse, that pop often means the chain is gone. To address this, SuperATV has upgraded to a double reverse chain, which provides nearly twice the strength of the stock chain. This upgrade gives drivers the confidence to reverse out of any sticky situation.

Upgraded Pinion and Snorkel Gear: The pinion and snorkel gears transfer significant power to the drive shaft, so it's essential to ensure they are durable enough. SuperATV's gears are made with 9310 alloy steel and are broken in together to ensure a perfect mesh. Furthermore, the 300M front output shaft completes the package, making it as strong and smooth as possible.

A Stronger Pinion Bearing Retainer: Strong gears alone aren't enough to ensure perfect meshing. SuperATV has designed a stronger pinion bearing retainer to keep everything in place, ensuring consistent power to the drive shaft. The upgraded retainer is thicker than stock, which helps maintain optimal performance.

A Big Beefy Transmission Case: SuperATV's upgraded transmission case provides the necessary strength in crucial areas. If the case isn't strong enough to keep the internals running true, there's no benefit in upgrading the internals. The case has 68% more material in the snorkel tube and axle outputs, with added gussets and ribs that also function as cooling fins. The case will stay cool and hold together when the machine is pushed to its limits.

Get the Gear Reduction You Need: With SuperATV's complete transmission upgrade, customers don't just get a high-performance tranny—they also have the option to select a gear reduction. Available options include stock, 12.5%, 25%, and 37.5% gear reductions, each designed to boost torque. A gear reduction is perfect for running bigger tires, adding weight to the machine, or enhancing acceleration on rough trails or through mud, delivering the extra punch needed for any challenge.
