SuperATV Swiftrac Front Differential - DIFF-7-002

This locking front differential is designed to deliver instant traction for the Can-Am Renegade. By replacing the factory differential with a fully assembled unit that utilizes a sprague carrier, it provides immediate engagement without delay. The result is consistent power delivery to the front wheels when traction is needed most.

The differential arrives fully assembled for straightforward installation. The factory Visco-Lok unit is removed, the replacement is bolted in place, filled with fluid, and ready for use. This design helps eliminate wheel spin and loss of momentum in challenging terrain.

Why Replace the Factory Differential

The factory differential relies on a clutch pack that requires wheel spin before engagement. This delay can cause a loss of momentum and inconsistent traction. The upgraded design eliminates this lag by locking instantly when four-wheel drive is engaged.

Sprague Carrier Operation

The differential uses a sprague carrier to automatically lock and unlock as conditions change. When traction is required, the system locks immediately. When it is not, it disengages smoothly. This allows confident trail riding with improved torque transfer to the wheel that needs it most.

Complete Assembly

The differential is supplied as a complete assembly with gears, hubs, bearings, seals, and hardware preinstalled. High-strength materials such as chromoly steel gears and a hardened 7075 aluminum sprague are used to ensure durability and consistent performance.
