Received slightly damaged item
I bought this for my 2014 Triumph Street Triple R in case I have to lay 'er down at the track. The delivery was very fast. The box was way too big for what was inside of it, which leads to my next concern...
I feel like I received a gently used item as the product didn't come with any secure packaging for such a large box. The parts were in plastic bags, which were fine, but the plastic bags were taped with packing tape. On top of this, it looks like the sliders were already installed on a bike previously. There were chip marks on the bracket where a bolt would have been fastened. The paint on the bracket was chipped off, and along with the quality of the packaging, led me to believe that I received a lightly used/previously installed item.
The fitment was perfect, though. Installation was easy, except having to get a wrench onto the bolt behind the radiator to install one of the frame bolts. It has a nice sleek after-market look, which I liked.
Overall, I liked the item, but wish they sent me a brand new item instead of this damaged one. Hopefully will never need to find out how it holds up in a lowside.

great frame sliders
solid and good quality. They look very solid but blend very well with the bike. installs in 5 minutes and hopefully will never need to be used.

Hey Is cutting or drilling the fairings required for installation on these frame sliders? Thank you
On my 2013 Triumph Speed Triple R There was no cutting or modifying required. Just remove a few of the original bolts so you can mount the frame slider with the provided bolts and spacers. I'm very happy with them. They look great and we're easy to install.
