An interesting alternative
This will sound odd, but what I like most about these saddlebags are the brackets! They are very discreet and even look good. With so many other bags, your stuck with large ugly brackets when your bags are off. The bags temselves also look good. I use them on my XSR 900 and Ténéré 700. Its impressive that they can blend in with such different bikes. You have to be aware that they are not very large, they do not lock and opening/closing the bags is a bit of a process: you have to roll or unroll and the hooks need a bit of manipulation. If this is ok with you they are worth considering. Price is reasonnable specially if you buy a package that includes the bags and brackets. Another thing: they recommend cleaning the bags by hand after every ride and apply wax. Ya sure!
