Not Water Proof!
Purchased June 2021; ok comfortable and fit reasonably well. In august 2021 I got caught in a downpour on the Cabot Trail, both boots filled with water, but my fault as I was wearing riding jeans tucked inside the boots, so assumed water ingress was because of this.
This past weekend (June 18/22), wearing Alpinestar water proof riding pants, leg cuffs down over the boot tops, both feet wet within a minute after getting caught in rain, started at the toes until both feet were wet, and this after I had very recently applied water proofing.
These boots, sadly, are not remotely water proof! Full Stop!
The 2 starts are for fit and comfort!
