OptiMate 4 Quad Program tests before & after charging and can recover a 'dead-flat' lead-acid & lithium (LiFePO4) battery from as low as 0.5 Volts.

You know what this charges? Batteries.
This battery charger charged my discharged battery. Of all the battery chargers I've owned over the years, this is definitely one of them.
