          Description

The worlds most efficient solar pulse charge system that can save your dead battery and provide safe long term maintenance. OptiMate Solar employs an innovative charging technology to charge and effectively maintain your 12V battery from a standard solar panel. OptiMate Solar converts the low power from the solar panel to high current pulses more effective for charging and maintenance of a 12V battery. The OptiMate charge controller is separate to the panel and can be placed close to the vehicle or battery so that charge and maintenance progress can be easily followed.

          Features:

          • A smarter solar solution with a panel with separate smart pulse charger
          • OptiMate Solar does it differently: the six-watt solar panel is where the sun is and the charger is where the battery is, so that you have immediate information on battery condition at hand right where it matters most
          • 14' of cable separates the charger from the panel, with SAE-to-SAE interconnection providing the option of extending further
          • 10 or 20Watt high-efficiency solar panel with 12V controller
          • Controllers with included DC power supply for nighttime charging; sold separately

          Questions

What are the dimensions of the panel. Can it be mounted on the top case permanently ? Rated for hail and rain ?. Thank you.

          Asked by: Strom14
The panel is 27 x 31 inch. You can mount it permanetly, it has hanging holes in the corners of frame. I do not know if it is rated for hail and rain. Mine is hung inside the window of my garage acces door facing south. One day and the battery that was down is full again.
