Description
This is without doubt the fastest, most effective, most meticulous, precise and systematic method for giving your chain a thorough cleaning. It will improve the performance of the chain, the sprockets and the engine. The brush – 2.25 coils of 360º chemical resistant nylon – is fast, efficient and simple to use. It forces its bristles between the plates where dried and hardened chain lube, road sand, glass, tar and other materials gather to form a hard shield of abrasive dirt where the O-ring meets the chain plates. This abrasive paste can wear through O-rings like a hot knife through butter. It's the number one reason that O-rings fail and chains develop tight spots or kinks. Imagine running a rubber O-ring at 16,000 RPM and then holding a grinding stone to it. The red bristle colour will allow the user to see how much gunk is removed from the chain in the cleaning process!
