Great improvement over stock!
This gives you 4 inches higher than stock which for me (6'3") means my arms are level and that's exactly what I was going for.
The only painful point is routing the cables through the bars. That took some patience.
Stock clutch cable and brake hose work just fine but you have to be careful with routing.
Also be careful reinstalling the handlebar accessories like the mirror clamps, I did score the bars a little while positioning the clamps. Since everything is 4 inches higher there's less room to manoeuvre the clamps around the bars.
