Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved my lower half. Crashed today travelling approximately 80km/hr onto a gravel covered median. Skidded and tumbled for about 100 feet. If I wasn’t wearing these jeans, I would not have walked away. The hip and knee protection saved me from serious injury, and the pants held up. No tears or rips, barely even abrasion. My knees hit the concrete hard at least 3 times. I got up and walked it off. Cannot recommend them enough. Worth every penny.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Overall Needed a pair of riding jeans and tried many pairs on. The Parado were the only ones a little bit looser in the thigh, still tight, but looser than most. Fit is small, I would recommend going up a waist size. I am 5'11" 170lbs usually wear 32-33 waist, went with 34x34. The pant is short waisted to begin with, but is great with the extra material up through the backside. Stretch in the knees and crotch make them very comfortable on and off the bike. While on the bike the legs do not ride up and keep their length around the boot/shoe. Jeans are comfortable, look good, well made, and would highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features! 1 item back for free if you crash I’ve just bought a pair. My first motorcycle pants actually. They look well made even if the parts without Kevlar or adamin fiber still seem too thin. In the complex I think it may be a very good pant for low speed and the comfort it may be very useful especially in the city. I’ve just been disappointed of the size (too big even if I chose my real size) and the color (I got the light grey but it seems more like a light green olive...). I don’t think they’re the best choice for whom that are eager to to very long trip especially in highway. The warrantly label said abrasion resistant up to 5 seconds at 75km/h, I don’t wanna image what happened in a potential crash with a very long slide on the highway at much more that speed. The protection are very valid class 2 both for hips and knees. The long pockets allow a little movement of the knee protection up and down to any leg lengths but they don’t miracles. I really recommend to chose the truth size. I’ve been following a review advising to get 1 more size. I chose to get the real one it was even too big. I gonna refund them and get even one less. I felt to wear spaceman pants and this thing can be very dangerous during a crash if protections gonna move of few centimeters due to the “extra size/space”. I advise you to check carefully the size according to pictures I did for you and think if you really wants a pair of jeans or if you wanna invest for more safety in something like real leather. In my case using the motorcycle every day in the city jeans perfect fit my needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfort Kept me cool in hot weather and warm in cooler. Very comfy even with armour in and walking around for short walks. Wouldn't hike in them. I wish they would have had 32-30 size, legs are a bit too long, but while riding it's fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Decent Motorcycle Jeans Was interested in a premium quality and fit motorcycle jean. So many others offer little protection, poorly made or poor fit. Not these Parados. These are true fit, well made and feel good right out of the box. The denim and cotton mix feels softer compared to other stiffer brands. The armour is included for hips and adjustable knees, CE rated 1621-1 Type B and is soft & easily formed to your shape. Kevlar fabric in the seat area only. A number of articulated stretch panels at knees and rear come together very well with what appears like reinforced stitching. A zippered ventilation panel on each outer legs helps on hotter days. Good feature. Zippers well made and strong although the front zipper could be longer but not deal breaker. Front pockets are deep enough for smart phone but rear pockets are bit shallow but functional. The bottom hem is large enough for full height sport boot or even mid height ADV boot. I ordered the black denim and like the look, feel comfortable for all day use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Absolute disappointment So disappointed with these.. I can't find any other pants that I like. I finally decided to order them, full price. Normally I wear 33 or 34. 5'10". So I orderer 34. Too tight. Returned them an ordered 36... WAYYYYYY to large ! Too long, too loose, knee pads way below knees.. So just asked to return and will forget about these ...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what it needs to do. The pants do what they need to do. The high back, although looking weird, cover the lower back and keep you warm as you ride. No backdraft! The vents are perfectly placed and cool the crotch. The material feels strong and gives a feeling of "invincibility." I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. The armour does not sit perfect and needs constant adjustment (which is hard to do) to get the perfect fit. Even then, it just does not feel... right. If you work out regularly, buy a size up. The thighs fit tight!

Is this D30 armour? Or is the CE Level 2 the hard plastic type of protection?

                          Asked by: Paulst
The armour is CE rated EN-161-1 Type B. It is a soft 3 layer pad which conforms to shape quite well.

Ordered these jeans and they came in the right size but were "slim" fit versus "regular fit". I have a pair that I love in regular fit, but don't see an option to order in regular fit. Is this option available?

The Light Grey and Rust colored jeans are a Slim Fit and the Light Blue and Black are Regular Fit.

Looking to purchase the trilobite Pareto jeans, do I get my regular jean size or do I have to go up one size in these?

                          Asked by: Scorpy
In my case I went with my regular waist size and they're perfect. The material is slightly stretchy. For everyday pants I go for 38/32 but for motorcycle pants I go 38/34, I like the extra length so the pants don't run too high on my boot when in riding position. I'm 6'1", 260 lb, muscular build and they fit like a dream.

Do these pants fit over pull over, cowboy type boots or are they tight to the legs?

                          Asked by: Shawmish
I’m sure you’d have no issue pulling them over boots.   They’re looser in the legs than the pic leads you to believe.

I've just received my blue, regular fit Parado jeans. I have 34/32 and they are slightly too tight in the waist. Can I expect these to break in a little after a few wears? There are no 36/32s in stock...

My Paradox jean did not stretch or I gained a bit of weight. I got a pair that was just the right size 3 seasons ago and the still fit the same, no shrink or stretch and I don't dry them in the dryer that are very comfortable, they are also hot when the temperature is 25c and over, under 10c they are a bit too cold. These are the best armoured pants I ever owned and they look pretty much like just a pair of jeans.

Is the whole of the pants abrasion resistant? Or just the knees and hips?

                          Asked by: ezrider
I have these pants. Only the seat area of pants has material. The remainder is denim. There are pockets for knee and hip armor inserts if desired. Very comfortable, not rain proof of course.
