Exactly what I wanted / Exceptional service
I had done all my research online, and tried on this helmet (and many others) in different colour ways in retail stores here. So I knew what size and model I needed. I just wanted this colour way. But here's the thing. I could have bought it anywhere online. Prices are basically the same. Some even offer free shipping over $x. But I bought it from Fort Nine because last year I bought a pretty expensive hydration backpack (USWE) with a bunch of USWE accessories after doing all my research and went with FortNine because (a) they are in Canada (so support a Canadian company and also no questions with borders, customs and VATs) and they could get it to me faster and cheaper than all other options. But when it got it, even though it was the largest USWE size, and technically should fit me based on the specs, it was simply too small (6'3" 225 lbs). So I had to return it. Gawd, I hate returning things you bought online, it's such a hassle and who knows if they will take it back, it's always an argument. So - the process with Fort Nine was so easy and seamless with communication throughout that it left an impression. So now, a year later, when it's time to buy a $400 helmet - it was a free and easy choice to buy it here. Because I had confidence that if anything was wrong they would uphold their word and provide top support and service. So - thank you, Fort Nine! You earned my business forever by taking back something you just sold me. ;) Cheers. PS: the helmet arrived a week BEFORE the eta provided. Undamaged and well packaged. Winning.

Very comfortable!
Purchased this along with another helmet to test them both for fit and finish. I really liked the way this Troy Lee fit my head shape while remaining light and breathable. Most importantly for me was the value at this price point, the style, MIPS and Fidlock are great value for the dollar here.

Love it!
Got this in the fall so I haven't ridden in full summer heat, but it's much cooler than I expected. It replaces a convertible helmet with a chin bar I never bothered to remove; weighs about the same and feels much more substantial (though I haven't crashed in it). No BOA but still feels snug on my head - it comes with lots of pads to fine tune the fit. It's big - I've had XL helmets that were too small and I'm using the thickest pads on this one.

Great helmet
This is my first full face helmet. I tried many models and it was the most comfortable for my head. I find it unobtrusive, I nearly forget I have it on during a ride.

Cool and light weight
Cool in summer. My son had a small one since he was 7 years old. Light weight and comfortable.

TLD Stage Full face helmet
Great fit.
Fairly cool considering a full face.
Downside is how the chin straps run over the jaw/ear cushions.
They can become bothersome on the ears.
Still a fantastic helmet.
